Only downside was not being able to sit outside, there wasn’t much ambiance inside and felt like a large canteen. The food is great, and we enjoyed the wine pairing.

Beautiful facilities that make a visit worthwhile. They offer only four wines during our tasting even though they have a WIDE array of wines. When we asked to have an additional wine, they chose to eliminate one of the four wines. Sandy was an OK host - very well scripted presentation. It is very clear this winery is focused on volume versus quantity, but again they are clear on their mission and seem to be doing it well.

We really enjoyed the "luxury experience" wine tour and tasting. Our guide Sandy was very informative, speaking about the history of Salentein, explaining the wine making process, the architecture and she was bilingual (Spanish and English). The tour lasts about 1.5 hours and consists of walking through the vineyards, touring the expansive operation and ending with a tasting of 4 wines and some cheese. The bodega is BEAUTIFUL and definitely IG-worthy. I really loved their 2018 Chardonnay and 2019 Pinot Noir. There is also an art gallery (which we didn't have time to tour) so make sure you set aside 3 hours to see the art, tour the vineyard and taste the fantastic wine.

The bodega is beautiful/Stunning but the tour is a joke and defff NOT worth it. They tasting is just a sip they barly give u any wine and the tour feels rushed.
