  • A beautiful beach which has a kitesurfing school. We didn’t try swimming here as the water is very rough. We hired a 4x4 Jeep and this was one of our stops. The roads are dirt/sand and bumpy to get here so the 4x4 was ideal. A great place to stop and rest while watching the kite surfers.
  • Generally I don’t like the ocean - it’s very boring, good for sleepy people. I always go with “mountains” in that classic “mountains or sea” question. But this place? Wow. Absolutely incredible. I mean, first of all, it’s hopelessly beautiful, right? But more importantly, the only thing people are doing here is kiting, which turns out to be crazy fun and intense. Way more like mountains than beach. Anyway, 10/10, grab a kite and a board and head out here.
  • Gorgeous beach with kite surfing. Beware of the large rocks in the parking lot though!
  • Beautiful spot to look at, with the show of the kite surfers giving their best in the very strong wind. The sea is too rough to swim. Easy to park, the area is actually quite wild and undeveloped. To get there you see the (still) rough side of the island.
  • Lesser visited beaches on rocky and rougher side of the island. Great area to take a beach walk.
