  • The lookout itself is very nice, but beware that the 4km road from the main road includes a very potholed middle section, which is not great if you are driving a sedan car.

  • We were quite amazed at the very poor condition of the road going out to Evans Lookout. The day we went it was raining the the views weren't quite as spectacular as they would certainly be on a fine.....  more

  • A stunning location and spectacular views of the blue mountains, toilet facilities are provided with areas with benches you can sit and relax and talk in the stunning surroundings. Also located in this location is the Grand Canyon Walking track, the track takes you down within the gully and takes approximately three to four hours to complete and is highly recommended you take snacks and water and suitable footwear. A highly recommended location to visit and explore.
  • Stunning view. A must to do in Blue Mountains. It’s 2 h drive from Sydney with easy access and plenty of free car parks. 5 min walk from car park to the lookout. Suitable for family and elderly. Highly recommended.
  • One of the most scenic walks I've done in Sydney. The look over the blue mountains is absolutely stunning. Pretty decent walk but most trails in this area didn't circle back so you'll find yourself walking back the way you came. Reasonably busy. Try to park at the lookout first before trying other parking spots. Take plenty of water. There are toilets at Evan's lookout. Good for landscape photography. Not great for wildlife as there isn't much water around.
  • Another great location in blue mountains National Park, it's probably one of the best places to see the big cliffs of the blue mountains, and with picnic areas, toilet facilities and well thought out trials and pathways leading to the awesome viewing areas it makes for a great spot for some selfies.
  • Absolutely stunning views as usual the road is isn't as good full of pot holes and dirt roads in parts but well worth the effort. Plenty of parking and wheelchair access to some degree won't be able to get all the way down the track but will enjoy the beautiful views regardless. 😀
