  • If you want a full on shopping experience this is the place. Big and small brand names, with all your favourites. Lots of food options to choose from. Open and spacious. Love the ground floor lounge and water area to relax and rest in between. Plenty of parking, 4WD beware some.under ground parking is low as 1.9m, others 2.0m. First 3hrs free. Plenty of public transport options with bus and taxi terminals. Staff I have encountered were patient, friendly and helpful.
  • Not sure why we ended up in a shopping centre while traveling in Gold Coast and shopping was not necessary on our mind. However, it was a pleasant experience. The centre takes a huge amount of real estate. Walking thought the entire centre can easily meet your steps goal for the day. It mostly have no more than two levels with very high ceilings. And there are a lot of open spaces so despite the overwhelming amount of shops there's never a boxed in feeling. If you are visiting Gold Coast make sure to check out some local brands. There are also ones from nearby Byron Bay. Big names are also dotted around the centre. Unlike most shopping centres around east coast, there are several concentrations of food outlets, thanks to all the space. Make sure to look around before settle down for a meal.
  • Huuuge shopping centre with such a big range of shops from high end fashion like Gucci to good old Kmart. The only problem for me was walking from one end to another, oh but wait, there is a complimentary shuttle car to cart you around if your tootsies can't handle any more walking. Seemed very clean and the only thing I was surprised at was the size of the food court. I expected it to be enormous as the centre is so big. Caught the complimentary shuttle bus from shopping centre to Q1 resort. Does a few stops at certain hotels/ resorts which comes in handy
  • I don't normally gushed over shopping centres. I really like transformation of Pacific Fair from a handful of open air retail stores to its current, huge, modern mix of open air and enclosed shopping mall. The retail mix is great. All the major Australian department stores - David Jones, Myer, K-Mart, Target, Big W are present. Plus high end overseas brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc. Cinema, bakery, supermarket, chemist etc too. It is clean, spacious and bright. There are also lots of comfortable places to chill, and theme food courts/restaurants to recharge. Best of all is the Resort - a cool, green, open public space to lounge, to daydream, to chat, to play (table tennis) - that set it apart from the standard shopping centre. A balm for the Covid-starved retail experience. The location is a plus - minutes to Broadbeach South tram stop and bus stop, one tram stop away for the casino and Broadbeach neighbourhood shops and beach.
  • The range of shops at Pacific Fair is great. A combination of high end retail and family friendly stores. However the range of eateries is on the other end of the spectrum, limited choices and less than ordinary service. We had an extremely bad experience at Motto Motto which dragged this review down.
