Great vantage point and a seat to look out, Someone had lost their life from the rocks-RIP -not much parking so suggest you visit early unless you are good for a decent walk

An easy drive and walk to the lighthouse with great views. The walk along the coastline was really nice.

One of the must see and few attractions in Devonport, the Mersey Bluff Lighthouse. Beautiful panoramic views. It is an easy 15minute walk with a gradual incline and some straps from the beach and kids playground, or you can park just at the foot of the structure. Rolling grass hills surround and lead to the foreshore, nice for picnics or summer outings. Memorial to a young man to passed when saving a friend in 2010 near the seat to the sea. Do not swim. My condolences to family and friends.

Best looking lighthouse, maybe!! Truly a must visit if you are in north Tassie. Short drive from CBD and near stunning cafes, playground and caravan park. This lighthouse was different and was so damn beautiful 😍
-
Lovely walk along the foreshore up to the lighthouse. People fishing off the rocks and depending on the time, The Spirit of Tasmania ferry coming in or out of Devonport. Occasionally see the Wallabies that live there
-
Picturesque walk along the coastal pathway, from Devonport Surf Lifesaving Club to Mersey Bluff Lighthouse. Very relaxing anytime of the day.
-
Beautiful walk along the beach on the board walk. Sunset at the lookout. Great caravan park.
