The most difficult aspect of visiting this boutique store was deciding which exquisite handmade chocolates to choose! My purchase was added to by some unique tea flavours.

Purchased a handful of these yummy hand made chocolates.. the woman who served us was so pleasant and friendly, and helpful with picking the right chocolates!

I have visited a number of times, the chocolates are delicious and I stock up on them, spending quite a bit of money as it could be a few months between visits, previously the customer service has been good but the woman who served me yesterday was very rude, spoke to me in a very condescending manner, as if I was a child, she had no customer service skills, I actually considered walking out part way through making my selections. I will visit the shop again when I’m up at Tambourine Mountain but is the same woman is behind the counter I will walk out without purchasing anything. Such a pity that one person can have an impact on sales for a small store.

The owner/lady currently there, was rude and demeaning. I walked in head in phone responding to a work email and missed the sign for 4 people. I was embarrassingly told off like a child when I'm a 30 yr old woman. I immediately apologised and walked out and yet she continued to embarrass me.. for this reason 4 people did not buy anything. Absolutely disgusting from a woman point of view. The behaviour is uncalled for when I apologised and immediately stepped out. She should not be in customer service if she has no etiquette

I absolutely adore this little shop, it has been here for ages and I hope for years to come. The chocolates are creative and delicious with such variety so there is something for everyone, I've tried so many of their chocolates over the years and I've never been disappointed. The lady who runs the shop takes such care and is so enthusiastic about her chocolates, it's just amazing. Definitely take a few minutes of your time on the mountain to stop in here and pick up a few then take them to the botanical garden to enjoy them!
