Esperance Visitor Centre, Esperance

Due to the lack of staff we were disappointed in the knowledge of the area by the young customer service officer.The Esperance area is absolutely stunning.

Very friendly staff, a bit lonely for her. Great drive round the National Park. Tested the car a bit on the unmade roads. Worth a visit

The Esperance Information Centre was a great experience. Denise knew all the answers and when she wasn’t certain she rang and checked. My enquiry was re the Races and she gave us complimentary entry tickets. A delightful visit. Thank you for your assistance Great service for Esperance and us.

Quite disappointed. Came in yesterday after driving from the Nullarbor to ask about whether there were any free camping spots around the area. The man who served me said firmly to me "no, and everywhere will be booked out." I awkwardly said no worries ill just have to sort something out. I was very shocked as I have drove from the Sunshine Coast and this is this first time a visitor centre could not provide helpful information. We called around to the holiday parks and every place had a spot available for us to book. And after doing some googling we found out that there are free camps just past Lucky Bay- although its quite further than esperence i feel as though this information should be given if these are the closest free camp spots.

Very helpful advice received, staff assisted in planning our journey throughout WA.
