Tried my first class here today. Great studio with views over the lake. I watched a pelican come in to land waiting for the class to start The staff were helpful and friendly. None of the pretentiousness you sometimes come across in Sydney. Picked up a new mat and some cute crocheted earrings. Other yogis were friendly some said hi and I chatted with one women after class. I'll be back next time I'm visiting Forster.

Forster Yoga Studio is Fantastic! I 'tried' Yoga once 'to see what it was all about'... A few days later I signed up for the 2 week trial package, did 10 classes and signed up for a 12 month membership right away. My back has never been better! Mia and all the crew are just wonderful, so helpful and welcoming.

The space is absolutely beautiful, looking over the river with many dolphin sightings. The yoga teachers are beautiful and very knowledgeable and professional. The community is kind and welcoming. I have become a regular and highly recommend.

Lovely space to practice with beautiful views over the water. Teachers are welcoming and attentive to students needs regardless of class size. I have found each class a pleasure and a gift for the soul.

Such a blessed place to take yoga and soak up the juicy vibes. My body is addicted to Mia’s yin classes and I have regular treatments with Bianca Clayton and the gorgeous Tracey from the Sanctum 🙏🏻💞🧚🏼🧙‍♀️
