Delatite Wines, Mansfield

Popped in at an odd time for a light meal and was met with very accommodating staff. The place is quite nice with expansive views and beautiful architecture. Food was well presented however not quite to my taste. Certainly more palatable to those who favor western cuisine.

This winery is in a lovely setting, with a modern and very attractive cellar door and restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have an interesting range of wines including some red and white blends. We restricted our tasting to the Estate range - while it is reasonably priced, there is nothing cheap. The food in the restaurant was very good - at $80 for 2 courses it is relatively expensive but this is the only negative comment I would make. We totally enjoyed the tasting and dining experience and departed with 6 bottles of wine.

The most amazing estate, with a gorgeous view of our beautiful land. The antipasto platter was divine and their recommendations of wines completed the whole experience!

Our highlight for the weekend was lunch at the Delatite Winery. You first notice the amazing architecture and stylish fit-out. You sit down after being greeted by friendly staff and take a moment to take in the spectacular views. The wines are delicious and the food devine. The mussels are a must have and the Malbec Merlot is simply amazing.
