They fruit and vegetables section was 9/10 empty and the two capsicums that were there were soft and old. Store is understaffed as well. Bring back the IGA!

Never have anything I order in stock, forget to put items in my order. And never answer the phone.. second time I've had issues.

Ordered a dinner. Told them to hold until 6pm. Got there at 5.30pm to pick up my roast beef dinner and it was sold without my knowledge. Not good enough. No more going there. Bad service.

Its great for milk bread etc, there again, so is the drive thru at Woolworths petrol station. I think there is new management now, let's see how that goes. They need to limit their refrigerated meats, they are way too expensive. So are most things on the back wall (refrigerated). Perhaps they should look at what their regulars are buying. They have alot of varieties of the same thing so maybe they should utilise their space for other items. Hopefully a fresh bakery section. That bakery several doors up, I think it's closed now, was a bit iffy. I only went in once and saw there were flies on the cakes, Manageress took no notice btw. Yuk! So there's a niche for IGA. What about a coffee machine too. The fellow in the fish and chip shop tries to make one, but it's only instant. I think he's waiting to throw the apron down too! What's happening down there at Meadowbrook??

I loved my experience at this local IGA store. The staff are very friendly and always make sure that you are satisfied with your visit. They have a big variety of products in their store and I will definitely be there again!
