Happy we made the effort to drive to Murwillumbah to see this museum. We received a very warm welcome and an explanation regarding the layout of the museum. Some displays are interactive and all display cabinets are well lit and informative. There’s a nice area to sit outside as well. Highly recommend.

Interesting regional museum with visiting exhibitions from other museums. Lovely building. My favourite exhibit was the visual timeline of the region over millions of years.

Wow, the place us amazing was here about five 5 years ago, and it was nothing compared to now. Great job, guys . There is a kids advanture dig area a craft area, and the info was terrific . The lady was super helpful and really lovely.

This is a hidden treasure. From the outside, there little clue that it's a treasure trove and expertly curated. It's strongly local but very organized. Well worth a visit.

Excellent local facility, showcasing many features of life in the Tweed in days gone by. Staff are always very knowledgeable and friendly Always worthwhile checking out the additional planned displays and events from time to time.
