    We visited Clare Valley today and asked an employee at information centre about the one thing we must do. He recommended either the Riesling trail or spring gully conservation park. It was a short.....  more

    We drove on the roads boardering the national park up to Spring Gully lookout. This lookout provided an excellent view across the Clare Valley for miles. Nice picnic spot too.

    Went for a drive while filling in time before a pre booked wine tasting. Got a great view from the top over the plains to the west. Good road well graded. No need for a 4WD.

    The view from the lookout was worth the ride up the unmade roads. A great place to just sit and ponder.

    Good little park,great nature, scenery,walks,couple of picnic tables. The cascades werent flowing it was still good to see. No dogs allowed.
