Great value. Our tour guide Todd really made our group feel welcome. He chatted with us, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He helped take photos and was so knowledgeable about wine. I really enjoyed this tour, so much so I’m considering booking another one!

Terry the tour guide made the tour a fun afternoon sharing his knowledge in an engaging way. This is the second tour I've done with Dave's tours and it was just as good as the first one around the Rocks. Thank you Terry, you just need to work on the puns a bit more ;)

Awesome tour! Fantastic value for money and Todd went above and beyond to ensure that we got to experience everything on offer without feeling rushed. Ironically I'm not a huge wine fan but I really did enjoy almost every wine provided for tasting! The staff at cellars doors also took the extra mile ensure that my specific preferences and tastes were catered for. As I said, the wine was fab but the white lime choc at the last clear door was definitely the highlight for me 😆, might be time to branch out to chocolate tours guys... 🤣.

Thrilled to have joined this tour to the Hunter Valley. Have been on tours to the Hunter before but this gave us a intimate tour behind the scenes of boutique wineries. Todd was an amazing knowledgeable tour guide who worked on his day off, had good camaraderie with every venue he attended and was super patient with our chattiness with all the wineries. Our group had a wine maker from the US and a Frenchman who doesn’t drink often and they both loved the tour. Happily recommend.

Greg is fantastic. If that's his name. It says Dave on his hat. It's Dave's Pub Walk. But he says he's the owner. Greg. He's funny, and not because of his name. He's irreverent about his guests, the pubs, the area, while conveying his deep love for the area and the pubs. I think he probably likes his guests, because he takes time to chat, to share, to hear, and to really be engaged during the tour. In fact, he's so good I booked another tour. Of course that one is wine, which he knows is made from grapes. The beer knowledge is great, he has tips on local beers, conglomerates, the pub businesses, and the rest of the area. I'd go again with this tour just to try the different beers. I could find the pubs again on a map, but probably not just walking around, and he's worth the ticket price. Highly recommended.
