Had a lot of fun in the Bank of Australia Heist room. We came as a group of four and it was a perfect number. Puzzles were well laid out and provided a satisfying challenge. The mechanical elements were well designed making the room quite immersive. The guy working there was super friendly and helped make the experience more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend people give this place a go.

Went here with a few friends and did the Wizards Quest escape room. The room was very technical and intuitive and we had lots of fun. We actually ended up getting stuck on a puzzle and ran out of time, we asked an employee if we could pay money for extra time and he gave us an extra 30 minutes in the room for completely free, allowing us to finish the room! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are also extremely fun, easy to follow yet still challenging. Highly advise you take a few friends and make a day out of it.

I have been here for virtual room, which was great. So I decided to give escape room a try. We played the hub room. The staff going through the instructions at the beginning were good. But the staff who was supposed to help us out did not offer much help to us during the game - and we ran out of time. So they could have given us just enough tips so we have a much more enjoyable experience, instead of being stuck and ran out time. The staff at the end was not patient and did not explain how the ending works. Seriously are you expecting people to come back just to solve the ending? Pro tips for improvement: 1) give the players just enough tips for them to improve progress so they can get full advantage of the whole game 2) consistency between staff - some staff are definitely helpful and patient but some are not. After all, I still like the story. It’s fun. I just wish I had a full understanding of the whole story. I could not recommend friends trying this due to the experience we had. My experience at the virtual room was better.

Warning! The lift was out and there are 80+ stairs to the room on level 4. Would have appreciated an email or call to warn us as not everyone can do this! On to the room - we tried the level 1 secret service mission and it was good fun and very achievable for a team of 2. Good mix of high and low tech puzzles and lovely staff (shout out to Sebastian) who were helpful when needed.

We did the Wizard’s Quest room with four people and had a blast! The room was really well planned and had lots of cool effects / technology. The staff member was also really friendly and made our experience that much more fun.
