We stopped briefly here on the way from Bright to Tawonga South to get our first glimpse of both where we would be staying for the next ten days and of Mount Bogong, which we hoped to climb.

The views out over the valley are very good, we stopped here on our way to Bright. There is plenty of parking available.

Stopped here on a couple of occasions passing by here over the years. A great view over looking Mt Beauty township and the snowfields in the distance. A definate must see.

Absolutely Stunning and breathtaking View of Victoria's highest peak, Mt Bogong and Mt Beauty township. Don't miss this lookout on your trip to the mountain or Bright. Amazing views and a great photo opportunity on a clear day. The Sullivans Lookout Rest Area has a wonderful view of Mt Beauty in the distance. It's well worth the stop if you're on the Tawonga Gap Road to Falls Creek. Located in the Kiewa Valley on the Bright-Tawonga Rd, Sullivans Lookout has breathtaking views of Mt Bogong, Mt Beauty and its regulating pondage. It's an opportunity to take spectacular photos. It's just on a bend so careful! But Easy to park and with benches to sit down and picnic. Clear visual info sign pointing out sites!
