Had a quick visit and was impressed. Very well done and very neat and tidy. Loved it all - it was very peaceful and we enjoyed walking around it.

A peaceful, well-kept and beautiful park. Lots of birdlife around the lake and plenty of bridges for photo opportunities. The gardeners have done an amazing job and it's a great place for a quiet stroll, even bringing your dog (on leash) too. There's several entrances and a few paths you can take, albeit it's mostly in a circular direction around the park. A wonderful place for a quiet picnic (making sure to take any rubbish with you!) and would highly recommend!

The gardens are beautiful. Unfortunately we came in winter and not much was flowering. But having been here before, its just beautiful. Everyone has done a beautiful job keeping the grounds tidy and clean.

Beautiful spot for a stroll or to sip on a takeaway coffee and read a book. Lots of lovely grassed areas and seating available for a picnic or to just chill & enjoy the sounds of the birds. There are some turtles in the water too. Remember not to feed any of the animals though.

I've visited these gardens twice now and they are just so beautiful. It is a peace of tranquillity nestled in a city. Watching all the Ibis, Ducks, Turkeys and Turtles was lots of fun. A magnificent place to visit no matter what age.

Beautiful Garden, giving you a glimpse of Japan! Grateful for Uni SQ for creating and maintaining this beautiful garden! And also thank you to the donors making this possible!! Navigation/parking Tip: Navigate to the one that says “Japanese Gardens USQ QLD public toilets..” Google will take you to the side of entrance where there is a lot of parking inside the Uni SQ. The side of entrance google would navigate with this has street parking and can get challenging to find a parking spot at times.
