Definitely worth it. You need to travel along an unsealed road for 5 minutes but it is fine in any car. Just don’t go too fast and not quite enough room in places for 2 cars. You might see wallabies..... more

Good view. The lookout doesn’t seem to have a lot of visitors. I was there just by myself on a Saturday afternoon which did freak me out. On a day with strong wind gusts my concern would be to be able to come back as the gravel road may be blocked by potentially uprooted trees. The view is good.

A place with stunning views across the King Valley. This is a must see spot if you’re travelling through the area, with plenty of parking space and a number of picnic tables, and a small undercover shelter with fireplace. Make sure you walk down to the main lookout, and not just the close one adjacent to the car park, it’s about a 100m walk and climb up and down some stairs, but the view from here is well worth the effort.
-
Fantastic views over the King Valley. I suggest taking the path less travelled, and following it past the toilets in a westerly direction. Lots of cool rocks and opportunities to climb.
-
Powers Lookout, what an amazing place.. I would recommend everyone to visit here at least once in there life time.. if your not good with heights there is an easy access lookout close to the carpark, or if you don't mind a short walk down stairs through a rock gorge and climb up to the rocky peak this lookout is for you with amazing views of the King Valley with Mt Buffalo as a back drop .. toilets, table and fireplace available near carpark.
-
Great lookout right at the carpark. But the better lookout involves a short walk and a few flights of stairs. Beautiful views of the king valley. Can see Mt Buffalo on a clear day.
