    The pictures speak for themselves. We went there on an Austrian public holiday so there were a few people around but we were told that on other days one can almost have the lake to oneself.

    This lake located at the western end of the Totes Gebirge mountain range in Upper Austria's part of the Salzkammergut. It’s almost 20 mins drive from Ebensee. A bit tucked away from the city scenes but definitely worth visiting. Crystal clear water. You can make a round trip And the path is very comfortable path, very suitable with kids. Parking is free

    Nice small lake located few kilometers away from Ebensee. We made a trip around the lake, it tooked bit more than 7 kilometers. Really easy walk, flat country around the lake, easy accessible for everyone. There is a jausestation to make a stop for beer or coffee.

    An extremely beautiful landscape with a beautiful mountain lake. The round walk around the lake is very nice & easy. It takes around 1 hour.

    Nice beach with maintained grass and shallow water. Good for kids and families. Easy access by car with free parking. Simple restaurant offering fast foods.
