Nice place, kids of 6 and 3 enjoyed it a lot. Slides are fun for kids. many different pools with different types of water. It is a 4 and not a 5 because the slides in other water parks we went to were a bit more fun, and the children's place is a bit less extravagant. But if you are around, you should definitely check it out.

Visited for 5 days - simply put: extraordinary experience! Coupled with the amenities and included services in the stay - exceptional value for a truly amazing experience. Spa services were equally fantastic - ask for Lissy & her body treatments. Rooms very large and well appointed. No AC but not needed in the mountains. Extremely clean. Thermal bath pools very soothing to tired limbs post-hike. Also very clean. Food in the main restaurant excellent! Main dinner seating included beautifully presented main courses, with 5 other courses included. Finally, the location in the valley, surrounded by majestic peaks, takes your breath away. A hiker’s paradise. We are looking forward to returning, next time for a longer stay!

I was in the thermal bats. Loved the view over there. There were 6 areas to swim but it was enough for us as a couple :) kids can use the slides on the other side of this thermal bats. There are enough options to chill but on the weekend many of the couches are occupied. You have to pay after the visit with your cabinet key. Also important to mention for me as vegan - that they are 2 food options to eat :) all in all I loved it there and would come again.

A great place with wonderful views. The pools and slides are really nice. A bit sad that the sauna didn't have an option for wearing bathing suits, so I bought tickets I dint use because I am not comfortable with a nudist sauna. The restaurant didn't have much food late in the afternoon.

They wouldn't sell us the family day ticket without reservation. Only 3 hrs access for same price. Kind of a scam, I'd say. Kids slides were closed unfortunately., Best resting spots were for guest of the hotel only. Sauna's were not included. Pools and view were nice though, but too little for the amount you pay.
