Run by the same family since 1903, the shop sells distilled alcoholic products created from old family recipes and stored in wooden casks over a century old. Very friendly staff and locals willing to share this wonderful spot with visitors. We stopped in for an afternoon drink and are coming home with two bottles to enjoy at home. Vielen Dank!

Tiny but cozy and in a good sense. Of course you cannot fit too many people in there and twice I've been there it was quite crowded but that is not surprising. Not because of its size but because how delicious their products are. I can see the bar being crowded even if it was sever times bigger. They have amazing products and staff was always welcoming. For me it is a place that I will wonder into every time I manage to visit Saltzburg.

Really surprised by the other reviews. Super rude and unfriendly owner, literally just dropped the menu on the table when said hi and asked about whether I buy or drink here. After a while I asked another question, he just rudely responded. What a shame! Lost a customer and potentially more. Or maybe it’s racism?

Stopped in here to sample locally produced schnapps with the desire to take home a bottle or two and ended up taking home four! The schnapps is just that tasty! The Staff was just and friendly and kind towards us as well as the locals stopping in for a drink.

I visited Sporers on a recent visit to Salzburg. The schnapps was excellent and the store amazing. I purchased two bottles of apricot Liquor to take home to the US. A must visit shop on the Getreidegasse. I was wondering if you ship to the USA or if their is a distributor of your products in the US.
