  • Large grounds with several buildings. One houses history of Bermuda and the sea, one showcases boats, the admiralty house shows more of the military side, outside has several original cannons...

  • There is so much to see while at this museum. Not only are there educational exhibits, but there are also the grounds to explore. This visit was the first time I was able to go into the Commissioners House, which was a bucket list item for me. The views from the grounds and the building are breathtaking. I feel we got more than our moneys worth for the admission.
  • We came here via the ferry from Hamilton on our first day in Bermuda. Helped to give us a sense of the island and its history. The Commissioners House is a great place to sit and contemplate the past, as well as to enjoy panoramic views. Highly recommended.
  • Took advantage of the free admission in February and visited the museum. There was work taking place around the Commissioners House and as always, some exhibits were closed off. I always enjoy the military exhibits and it was good to see my great grand uncles name listed as having served in World War I. Lots of open outdoor space and it is a pipe friendly place.
  • It was $17 for an adult, and $15 for a senior, and children under 12 are free admission. It was worth of your money visiting the museum. I was amazed with early sea navigation, cannons, and local food from early 16 century to current time.
  • As local as local culture gets. This museum really sheds a light on the history and culture of Bermuda. It doesn’t shy away from slavery and the past atrocities committed by the colonisers. Very informative - great for every history lover. Also includes a small dolphin lagoon/shelter. $18 for adults.
