  • Apparently, this is the main Catholic church in the city. Constructed over a very long time it exemplifies several styles. I enjoyed sitting down inside and just take in the serenity of this...

  • Dirty, paint chipping on the walls inside, beautiful wood ceiling with areas that look like mold is setting in. One of the most unimpressive Spanish churches and central plazas I have ever been to.

  • It’s very original architecture example of the country and Santa Cruz dela Sierra and located in the 24 de septiembre square. It’s huge and sophisticated. You can make a return around at the right side of the building at the night to many small hand crafted sellers around and in the small square some street art or dance that you can see.
  • Beautiful historic cathedral located in the centre of Santa Cruz.
  • One of the main attraction of Santa Cruz, is this church with a clock tower. Very peaceful. The church is beautiful both inside and on the outside. Lots of place to sit for the public in the square where you come across all kind of people. I would spend my whole evening here. This place is very close to 24 de septiembre plaza. Lots of eating options nearby. Would surely recommend this hang out place.
  • I liked that the cathedral wasn’t overly decorated with gold. Liked the brick layered appearance from the outside and the look of panelled wooden ceiling inside. It looked like there was mould on some parts though, they require maintenance..!!
  • Beautiful old brick church. To go up in the clock tower it's 3 Bolivianos, well worth it, and hundreds of steps in a spiral staircase. The views are wonderful. Be careful if going to the top where the bells ring on the hour, very loud! There are two other floors to stop and take pictures from. The church itself doesn't have gold inside and has cobwebs on the wooden vaulted ceiling, but nice anyway.
