THAI SPA, Sofia

Pleasant place, good atmosphere. We extracted a bathtub for two as it was mentioned at the site but when we used the service there were two separated bathtubs. And the flowers in them were fake but it was good experience at all.

I'm a huge fan of the massages. It's a cosy, relaxing spot that offers decent service. A bit pricey (you can get a full body massage from a qualified chiropractor at a fraction of the price), but offers an experience (from choosing the massage oil to the cup of tea served at the end).

I used twice the Thai massage. Once the two hour one and once 1 hour with oils. Both times was with the same Thai therapist and she was great. Checking if everything was OK. Atmosphere is very nice with calm music. I could not believe such a nice place exists in this building. All staff were always very polite and helpful. Also used the Salt room, I enjoyed it and will do it again.

A week ago I called to book an after birth recovery massage for today, 06.11.19. When I arrived-they told me that a mistake has happened and my massage was booked for 04 Dec 19. The therapist was even having free day today. I asked for appropriate compensation and they offered me a visit in a salt room??? I am a mother of a baby and have limited free time. I am very disappointed by their attitude and disrespect! I would not visit again.

I hadn't visited Thai Spa for 3 years and now I did so today. Booked a nice 90 minute Thai massage. Apparently they no longer use only Thai masseuses, but also Bulgarian. One of the reasons I always came back there was that everything was very Thai.. Anyways, I insisted I get a Thai masseuse, but the only option was to reduce the massage to 60 mins.. Also when asked can I have a shower there as I just got off of work, they said yes, however the water was super cold, no warm water what so ever.. On top of that there was a light above the massage table that kept on blinking (on and off), which was very annoying when you want to relax. The Bulgarian lady that was supposed to give me the Thai massage initially tried to convince me the Thai girl, only does traditional Thai massage and not with oils (the one I had ordered..), which turned out to be incorrect. The Thai girl, gave me a great massage, and I'm glad I insisted on the change. Overall, used to love this place, but maybe as the business grew, they struggled to keep the quality. I do not recommend the place if you are an experienced massage customer.
