  • One of the most scenic and relaxing campgrounds you'll find in Ontario. Having camped at pretty much all the major provincial parks around, I can honestly say there's very few like it. You won't regret it. There's so much to do you'll need a week to see it all (locally around the park you camp at) and many more visits to see most of the park. The visitor centre itself was very well done. If you ever wonder where your money goes, this is part of it aside from conservation efforts. It was great to read about the history of the area and see the displays. You'll have to experience it for yourself. (Free too)
  • The most scenic and breathtaking place I have ever seen especially in falls. The view from the hill is just fantastic. It has paintings, birds model and history of rail. Its been spread over 7500 sq km which is huge. It has restaurants and washrooms and enough space for vehicle parking. The best time to visit is October
  • Just gorgeous. So much to do and the maps are very detailed. Every route has a rating in difficulty, length and time. All the spots are marked and they were helpful at the Centre to help pick out the best walks for the circumstances we had. The beaver pond walk was my favorite.
  • Very nice view from the balcony there, and also a lovely Telecast via website of you from there. The souvenirs store has good collection of items, friendly staff. Fall colours are in abundance and the view as I mentioned was excellent.
  • Great place to learn about nature and the history of Algonquin Park. They have a theatre, exhibits, and a beautiful outdoor space. They also have a nice cafeteria with drinks and snacks. Definitely worth the visit!
