Buds on the Bay, Brockville

Good service, staff friendly. A couple issues prevent a five star rating, buds on the bay smells like a pub, stale beer and liquor. Table was sticky. Ordered standard breakfast over easy yolks were pretty solid. Coffee is bitter, toast had cheap flavoured margarine spread, for an 11 dollar breakfast tbey could step up the game a little.

I was here with my friend we started off with the lobster crab dip to start it was very good but in our opinion could of had a tad more lobster taste to it. The bread that came with it to dip was fantasticly fryed and over all was a great dish... My main course was the new york striploin steak it came with a choice of side I chose the wild rice. I take my steak mediem rare the steak was just a tad over the mark but not anything most people would notice the steak itself was tender and spiced amazingly well and was one of the best steaks I've had in a very long time... The atmasfire was very cozy As soon as you walk in the music is playing and the dining room is very well layed out. I'm giving a 5 star review in all dew to the fact that the quality of the food being served made up for any slight imperfections.

Pretty decent food. Upstairs patio was not opened yet April 7. Prices are pretty high if ur just eating inside. The upstairs patio is where it is at .

I was visiting town for the weekend. Their food was pretty Damm good. I heard people complaining about no been taking care on the patio, but my server Chelsea was a sweetheart. She was nice, friendly and I could heard her talking to other patrons and they loved her too. Next time in town I'm definitely coming back for some more of that amazing crab and lobster deep.

Buds on the Bay, they have won me over. After an experience the mangement staff went out of their way to make amends and did a wonderful job. Great selection of beers and an appealing menu. I suggest starting with the escargot. Thanks again.
