Head to Head Harbour Lighthouse for views over the Bay of Fundy from atop the 15 m (51 ft) tall lighthouse. Only accessible during low tide, the octagonal tower was built in 1829 and has been home to many lighthouse keepers over the years. It features white walls with a red cross painted across the height and width of the building. Four other buildings, also featuring a red and white theme, accompany the lighthouse. Many locals will tell you that the iconic building is in fact the most photographed lighthouse in the world. Walking to the lighthouse is outstanding. The price is unchanged from prior years, C$5. The views are amazing and we had few people to contend with once we made the trek. We went just as visitors...

I visited here by boat on a whale watching tour out of Eastport Maine. Cool Light House there were a bunch of Whales in the area.

When the tide goes out you can get to the light house .It is a long walk down and up the ladders > YOU only have a shorts time
