Careful when you go tubing, the campground was ok, the sites were big, no part of it is accessible, I have a mobility issue and it is ridiculous for accessibility. Even the washrooms aren't...

Awesome camping experience at Elora Gorge Conservation Area! Tubing in the park was so much fun. All booking was done online and made the process much smoother. Very kind and welcoming park staff. Amazing views of the Gorge and stars at night.

Very fun family experience. We brought some water guns to keep things interesting during the slower parts of the river. Bring your own tubes, helmets and life jackets to save money. Be prepared to do a lot walking.

Elora conservation park has beautiful trails that takes you from the hill top to the waterbody below. As for difficulty, it is a fairly easy hike suitable both for adults and kids. There are a few look out spots as we descend down. Once you climb down the stairs to the lake you’ll see tubers moving along the gushing waters. I would recommend visiting the park during fall for the beautiful colours. There are many parking spots and picnic benches to have a snack after the long walk. The trails can go upto 7km but can be completed in 3-4 hours.

The Elora Gorge is also part of the Grand River Conservation Authority. It is also a beautiful place. One can hike going to the river over hilly and rocky paths. Once you get to the river, you can cross it to the other side and view the caves. There is also a picnic area.

I visited Elora Gorge (not in the Conservation Park) it was closed. I went close to the Mill and walked around the gorge along the black fenced area in the woods. It was beautiful, kind of like Niagara Gorge. The quaint town was also sweet, I was with a friend and we loved it! Nice for a hike. There a few restaurants and cafes around the town as well. On a sunny day it would be perfect!
