Paglione Estate Winery, Essex

We went in just to have a glass of wine and ended up making reservations for later in the day for dinner. We were so impressed with the very nice fellow who served our wine to the girl at the entrance. When we came back for our dinner the service was prompt and we had a very nice server. Our food was delicious and we can't wait to come back again. What a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting!!!!!!!

Beautiful area, great food, wine and selection of beers. Staff is always attentive, happy and helpful. A nice drive out in the county brings you here for a relaxing beautiful time enjoying wine and food.

The pizza was excellent, in the garlic habanero sauce was to die for! The service on the other hand was subpar. There appeared to be two servers with approximately 10 tables and it took us a half an hour to be approached after being seated and an hour 4 our single pizza to be delivered.

We enjoyed a reasonable meal, the bacon/date/chorizo appetizer is very good. But...the wine, terrible. I sit here right now with a bottle of cab sauv 2021. You could mess up a home brew kit and end up with a better batch. I suppose they forgot a step, it's almost as carbonated as club soda.

Family owned vineyard with highly knowledgeable staff as well as great selection of wine varieties! Walking into the winery felt like being welcomed into a cozy family estate. Really enjoyed the intimate experience of the winery and will definitely make sure we visit again for food next time.🍇🍷🍶We received assistance from Robin who helped us with choosing the best wines for our palates. Went for a family celebration and Paglione was very accommodating with our group size.
