I enjoyed the experience, mostly due to the scenery but it was a bit disappointing. However, the hot pools were not hot enough. There was debris in a couple of the pools. Not a single one felt like..... more

The cost associated with this Spa st $160.00 per person was way out of line considering that the Nordic Spa in Winnipeg charges $79 per person. If you wish to go after 6:00 pm to closing it is $79.00.

I have no photos of the inside of the spa, as they have a no phone policy. But trust me it is so wonderful. There is a hot/warm/cold rotation that they suggest. There's many different kinds of saunas, hot pools, steam rooms and the like. It was extremely relaxing and a lovely experience. Staff were all exceptional in answering any questions that were had. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been to the Kananaskis Nordic Spa twice and I have really enjoyed it both times. I love that you can have a massage and then take time to relax in the pools, sauna, and steam rooms. The views are second to none and when it’s not a busy day, it is extremely relaxing. The Bistro is also exclusively for spa guests which is a huge bonus. If you’re not into dining poolside, the connected hotel has a nice market cafe with sandwiches and pastries and excellent coffee & tea.

Crowded during weekend, however, still enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially like steam sauna (banya) and warm pools. We didn't make a reservation. The lovely experience after walking around Kananaskis Village.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. Bistro staff were exceptional. Grounds are maintained well. Glad there are two distinct areas for quests that wish quiet and another for those that are there to socialize. We arrived at 9a.m and were able to enjoy some relaxation. However, as the morning went on the pools became busy and guests did not adhere to the rules of the quiet pools. Additional signage and staff intervention is needed to ensure enjoyment for all. More quiet and relaxing indoor areas are needed.

What a day! I went today for the first time and I will certainly be back! It’s so clean and beautiful! The weather was spectacular. Melissa that works at the front desk is incredible, I had a concern with something and she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I ran into some colleagues from out east as I was leaving to head back to Calgary and I made sure to tell them they must go before they head back to Ontario! Job well done and I can see why this spa has so many accolades.
