A community venue, theatre, auditorium and gymnasium, Migration Hall sits on the grounds of Kingsville District High School in Kingsville, Ontario. Migration Hall was a dream that began in the late 1980’s when a dedicated group of teachers and community leaders from Kingsville and Gosfield South joined together with a shared vision of a community-use facility. In 1991 this dream was threatened when the government proposed to move the school into the Essex County Separate School Board. Kingsville rallied and the teachers, with a group of community leaders, changed the government’s mind and began fundraising. Migration Hall is a true community facility. I saw Into the Woods Jr here. It was clean and comfortable. COVID-19 protocols were well followed. Attendees were seated with their own groups at separate tables. The cast did a wonderful job! It’s a nice venue to watch a play. I recommend going.

The stadium style seating arrangement is tight with one's knees pressed against the back of the seat in front of you. Essentially, the seating needs an update so that the audience is not uncomfortable during performances.
