We did a drive from Tracadie to Miscou with my aunt who lives in NB. Lots of lovely views and it's very nice to walk along the shore at the lighthouse.

Beautiful little island..a must visit ..the lighthouse has a museum of yrs gone by ,also you can climb stairs to the top ..very cool

Does have the longest beaches and they are very nice! no services in any kind on the island anymore. but if you like wind surfing or just have a beach to urself then Miscou is the spot!

Great place if you like walking alone on untouched beaches. Lots of wildlife and great for birding enthusiasts. Watch out for moose. Mosquitos can be crazy, really crazy, find a beach with a good breeze to avoid them and cast a line for striped bass. Be sure to visit the lighthouse. The island isn't the most touristy spot by far, but that's the appeal to some.

Nice place to visit and relax. The beach has small little rocks in the sand but the water was warm and the waves were awesome. The lighthouse was a nice place to see but 185 miles from downtown Moncton.
