Lobster Cove Head Lighthouse, Gros Morne National Park

This is always a stop for us when we're in Rocky Harbour. We love the trails and especially making our way down to the shore to check out the tide pools at low tide. The lighthouse is really good too, but we're more interested in the trails.

This lighthouse is quite famous for the sunset pictures. You can see photographers flocking the place right before sunset. There are lots of walking trails around this place for all levels which you can enjoy. There are interpreters around this place who can guide you about the place and it's history.

It is a lovely lighthouse in the Gros Morne National Park area. There are a few hikes to view the rocky beach and the lighthouse from multiple vantage points. The personnel is helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoy!

Very cool spot. Has some neat history of the family that tender the lighthouse for decades,. And how lighthouses work generally. The trails around the property are great too, as are the views of the surrounding area. Be sure to head down to the shore and check out the #driftwoodshelternfld !

Awesome place to check out the ocean views, catch the sunset and take a walk. The hill is steep but everything is well maintained and the cliffside is fenced off for safety. The sun sets behind the lighthouse, which is excellent for taking moody pictures. The lighthouse is available to tour, although there are health and safety regulations that limit the amount of people allowed in at once. The staff at the lighthouse are friendly and funny, and know the history of the lighthouse keepers over the years. At night the lighthouses beacon can be seen from afar. Very impressive.
