    It's really good. Got it for New Year's, had the 3 kind sampler, the person who it was for liked the Emerald the best. You got that sensation of having one bite then craving it intensely 45 seconds later. We had some for New Years and a week later the rest was still perfect. Excellent experience for certain.     A group of us from Nova Scotia went to fish Sturgeon with Cornel and watched the whole process of breaking down the fish (7 feet 180) and harvesting the caviar. The sturgeon safari was an amazing experience. Highly recommend

    The quality is top. The gold and wild varieties are the best. On top of that - top customer service. Had a snag with the courier, the company absorbed all cost and re-shipped. Thank you !

    What a wonderful little indulgence!! The caviar is amazing. We love the sturgeon pate. Mr and Mrs Ceapa have dedicated themselves to their love of aquaculture and sturgeon.
