Brewster's Kananaskis Ranch Golf Course, Canmore

This is not your ordinary golf course with fairways going out in a straight line one direction and fairways coming straight back to the clubhouse. This course is very challenging having a variety of holes that demand course management and target golf. There are dog legs, up and down hill lies together with some blind shots to the green. This is all topped off with splendid scenery of of the mountains. I definitely would return for another round of golf.

Ending our 3-day golf trip at Brewsters. Again breathtaking scenery, with challenging elevations. Tough course to play with narrow passage and bends.. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent! Wish they had a driving range for practice.

Beautiful course in really good condition with amazing views for a reasonable price. People were very friendly. We really enjoyed our round - under 4.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon.

Very pretty course. Well maintained. Good price for mountain golf. The bathrooms on the course are nicer than your standard outhouse, they are flush toilets with sinks. Be prepared to lose a lot of balls. The fairways are long for the par numbers. The entire course is also cart path only, this adds a lot of walking and delays play. It was chill overall. There was a Marshall during the weekend but he didn’t seem to care much about game rules. We had a group of 7 ahead of us, not sure how that’s allowed, so we were delayed starting on most holes.

Beautiful location close to Calgary! Low cost green fees. Very rustic, no restaurant and minimal staff.
