  • What a fun and informative tour. The full tour takes around an hour and you should check the times in advance or you may have to wait. I waited, but there is plenty to see around the museum, so it didn't matter. Our tour guide was great and had so many interesting facts about the history of the company and its founders. Well worth the visit.
  • A great Little outing in St Stephens even though the museum had more information about where chocolate comes from then actual details of the Ganong company itself. They give tours but honestly should just be self-guided as there’s really not much to look at since you stop to watch videos which are self explanatory. Younger kids got super bored at the end.
  • If your interested in the history of things you should visit. Your greeted by very friendly staff & begin the tour with a yummy chocolate. They tell very interesting stories about the Ganong family. Throughout the tour samples are handed out. They show videos of the factory and processes. Very fun and well done.
  • Informative tour learning about the Ganong family and their story. We went on the weekend so didn't see the hand dippers who still work there today.
  • Arrived during the off season, I think. (Late October)The timing worked out great, the door was locked when we arrived, but the tour guide saw us and let us in. We didn't book a tour, but Maurice was more than happy to guide us though the museum. Maurice was very knowledgeable, and shared first hand stories about the Ganong family, and the workers. Learned lots about the history of the company, and the town of Saint Stephen. I really enjoyed the old video showing the workers from time gone by. Especially when they name the workers in the video. It was a nice surprise to get a couple chicken bones, and chocolates at the end.
