  • Hard to find and even then just a couple of streets with many run-down exteriors. Often the shops don't open until 11.00 as well adding to the disappointment.

  • The walls are painted with street art, some are pretty, some are a bit hard to appreciate. The shops looked rundown from the exterior.

  • The month of May or May flowers are now near us, jam packed with people even during the early months of the Pandemic. Usually pickup deliveries for couple of Restaurants over there that SkiptheDishes customers order from, crowd fills up fast. The Neighborhood got alot of unique structures throughout the street like saying Hippie Country has been restored. Very soon the days of summer heat will return which would be one of the best places to chill and catch up with Families & Friends. This place promised ain't boring because of the May uprise of audiences. Me and a friend of mine are planning to meet sometime for a picnic, be very great. However best time to reach out is ensure May or May time or May day 😏 See everyone soon 👍🏼
  • Kensington Market is one of the oldest and most diverse neighbourhoods in Toronto, stacked with cafes, restaurants, bars, vintage stores, and more. It’s the type of place you can discover new things every time you visit, with their ever-changing shops and graffiti-marked alleys. A must for TOURISTS visiting the city. When to visit: The best time to shop is between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.The market is open seven days a week except for New Years and Christmas. What To Eat & Drink: 1) Seven lives - Try their GOBERNADER 🌮 taco 2) Sancosme 3) Jumbo empanada 4)Nu Bugel 5) Pancho's bakery 6) Moonbeam Coffee Company 7) Fika cafe Must visit shop: BLUE BANANA - The merchandise they are carrying is a must watch and if anything fancies you u can take it along as a souvenir 😉 Tip: Check if they are having pedestrian weekend when you are visiting to enjoy lively singing, dancing and drumming.
  • Kensington Market is a walkable bohemian neighbourhood that draws artists and tourists to its indie shops, vintage boutiques and arts spaces. The Market is also home to a wide array of specialty grocers, bakeries and cheese shop, trendy bars, cafes and international restaurants ( mostly Asian foods ) that are casual.
  • Beautiful stroll in the market, for my first time. Saw a landmark I highlighted in my map. Had to stop and get a snap of this sweet ride. What an amazing place. So much to see and tons of phenomenal food options. Thank you so much Jennifer and Keithan for showing me this amazing place.
  • Colorful district with street style food, from Turkish to Caribbean food. Designs and style of shops are inspiring. It was nice to have something in there to support small and local business.
