Create an itinerary including Vancouver Seawall
Running along the perimeter of Stanley Park, Vancouver Seawall stretches uninterruptedly along the water for almost 30 km (18 mi). Arguably the most popular feature within the park, the seawall provides city dwellers with an outdoor venue for jogging, cycling, and walking. The pathway features two distinct sections, one for pedestrians and the other for inline skaters and bikers. Follow the posted signs, use the seawall safely, and prepare to share the path with other recreationists, who come in droves on sunny days and weekends. Vancouver Seawall is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , world travel planner Edition.

  • Did a bit of hiking at the seawall. Very pretty great exercise and very friendly people. Nice restaurants in the area.

  • A much more pleasant route to walk around in good weather. Still, there were some good vantage points and shipping to catch the attention.

  • The inukshuk is my favourite part. They come from the Inuit culture and were used as a landmark/navigational aid. They also represented hospitality and friendship.

  • I loved the experience, well maintained park. Ideal for an evening stroll or a quick run. Enough restrooms, park benches and eateries and beaches in between. Beware of Coyotes after dark, a local told us if ever approached by coyotes to shine phone flashlight on their face. I would rate this as one of the Must do activities in Vancouver. It's a 5.8 mile walk with no elevation.Took US almost 2.5 hours to complete. I really loved how they have park benches in area with great views.
  • Stunning!!! Beautiful continuous path besides the sea, beautiful parks and buildings for relax, walk or ride bicycle or others, this path joins with others allow to you go from waterfront, passing under the Lion Bridge, English Bay to Science World area and more.... Something you should do if you come as a tourist to this beautiful city of Vancouver or if you live here, is a bike tour of about 2 hours...100% recommend Thanks city of Vancouver for encouraging relaxation on this beautiful paths!
  • I live in Vancouver and work in the downtown for the past 17 years, but rarely riding bike around Seawall. It was until 2 weeks ago when my friends invited me to ride a bike at Seawall after work, it reminded me how wonderful the place is without going too far. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend everyone to walk or ride a bike around Seawall. Here are the pictures I took with my phone. I will definitely go there again soon.
  • Is there a more beautiful place than this one? Amazing place to go for a walk, run, bike or anything outdoorsy really! This is a must visit if you are visiting Vancouver.
  • It’s nice place for a walk. Enjoy the weekend with friends and we felt peaceful when we looked at the beautiful beach with a sunset.
