Zig-zag down the shimmering, pristine slopes of Whistler Blackcomb, a leading ski resort. Situated along two ridge lines, the mountain peaks are connected by a record-holding cable car, “Peak 2 Peak”, the longest and highest unsupported cable car span in the world. Forming one of the largest ski resorts in North America, both peaks offer a range of slopes to cater to all abilities, and an extensive lift capacity to get you around the two mountains. When you need to rest your ski legs, head to one of the many on-slope dining locations, serving up tasty local cuisine, with breathtaking glacial views. We were impressed by all the things this place has to offer. Great Ski vacation with many services provided: great Tourist activities, pharmacy, grocery store, renowned brands stores, cinema, coffee shops, breweries and variety of food options. People were very friendly and they require vaccine proof to enter bars, restaurants etc.

Had a blast at Whistler Blackcomb. The weather was mostly great (except the unexpected blizzard at the peak one day). The lifts and gondolas were smooth and even with the long lines at times, it still went quick. The runs are great and challenging. The peak to peak gondola was great as well. You really didn’t ever have a reason to go to the base of the mountain.

It's pretty hard not to give nature 5 stars! Going in the summer might be a little different or maybe it's just more scenic in the winter. You can go for an afternoon, but get there early cause some of the lifts/gondolas close at 5pm (wish I knew this sooner) and you want to try to make the most of your ticket since it's $89 (but it does include Peak2Peak)! The drive to Whistler I thought was even more beautiful and magical than the destination, but that doesn't take away from Whistler's charm. Would go back for sure!

Still busy at the end of skiing season. Take the lifts up for the gorgeous view even if you don’t ski. The restaurant on the top was too crowded and packed with customers. We went in and came out right away. Pack your own water and snacks to avoid the crowds. Too risky during Covid too.
