Found within the hillsides of the Gaspereau Valley lies Luckett Vineyards, which captures the magic of Nova Scotia’s character with its wines. From the outdoor dining patio, visitors find views of the Minas Basin and Blomidon while indulging in a menu of locally produced foods and red, white, and fruit wines from the winery. Try the award-winning favorites L’Acadie or Tidal Bay. An elegant barrel room can be rented for private events and functions. The vineyard is open seasonally. A highlight of our trip through Nova Scotia and PEI. Beautiful landscape and gardens, great service, and delicious things to sip and eat! We went home with 4 bottles and a variety of artisan goods (candles, snacks). We phoned our kids from the red phone booth in the vineyard, it was adorable. Definitely recommend stopping in, but go early - we were told it gets quite busy with tours later in the day.

Absolutely gorgeous setting with views across the valley. Well maintained dining area and tasting room. Seems to be a well oiled machine. We visited on the weekend and it was insanely busy with a long queue to purchase products in the store. Wait times to be seated for food were short and food promptly arrived. My wifes drink took forever to appear, she was almost done eating before it arrived. I ordered the steak pie dish and it was a little underwhelming, while I know you can't produce a fully cooked from scratch pie in 15 minutes it did seem like it was pre cooked and then finished to serve. The flavor was a little bland. Which is disappointing as we were looking forward to trying it. The fries that came with it were however awesome. The staff seemed nice but a little run off their feet. Worth a visit if only for the wine and views.

We visited while staying in the area recently. Beautiful gardens and the phone booth is neat. We had the wine tastings and everything was pretty good. We had lunch and the food was delicious and the service very good.

Really looking forward to getting back when it warms up a tiny bit more . Love the way they run their business . Staff is amazing , management goes out of their way to visit tables and ask how you enjoyed your meal . The shop is definitely a favourite, so we’ll organized , tons of stock . Generally we even see the owner stocking shelves greeting customers . After being in the cafe business for years this is the kind of customer service I love . You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I took my CEO (from California) here and we had a great time. Wine tasting was fantastic as we got the opportunity to learn a bit about each wine. And of course the view across the valley is incredible.
