  • A well marked series of trails for a nice hike in the woods. Not being an experienced huiker, we took an intermediate trail which was plenty challenging. Plan to return.

  • This is a unique area of the Acadian Forest. It follows a beautiful river and is easily accessed by walking trail or by road vehicle.

  • My family and I enjoy walking several trails in the area. They are well maintained and there are signs advising of the various difficulty levels and lengths of the trails. These are wilderness trails with roots and rocks along the way so sturdy footwear is recommended . Some steep hills have ropes to help navigate climbs and descents, small foot bridges make crossing streams easier than the few that have a log to balance across. Colored trail posts keep the visitors on track and are easy to follow. For nature enthusiasts, bird watching and flower identification walks are periodically offered. Check the Trail website for details. Enjoy !
  • Gorgeous scenery with lots of brooks and a beautiful hike along the river. Orange trail is icy in many spots this time of year, but still manageable if you watch your footing. Steep hills and a log bridge over water makes life interesting!
  • As a Newby to this province .. 2019 and now semi retired I often explore these very hilly awesome trails! Fresh air, beautiful scenery, great workout and nature at its best! To add maybe wear good hiking boots for extra grip, trails can be a tad slippery! Winter trails are OK for wet proof hiking boots and snowshoes but not great for x County skiing. To add I am a seasoned skier and prefer groomed trails for speed and a good fast run. Orange trail is my fave!
  • Completed the Black and Purple trails. Both were in good condition and worked well for a fast trail run. Not too much for nice views, but interesting trails through the woods.
  • Definitely a must! We try to get out to the trails every weekend and we are never disappointed!
