  • Really, easy to get to and in the same place as anyuan temple and the lift to go to the hammer rock. The inside of the main temple, especially the ceiling is pretty nice. Like all the other temples, it's styled like a mixture of Han and Tibetan Buddhism. It was 30 rmb for me but I went during the off season.
  • Attributed to my lack of knowledge and ignorance to the Qing history, frankly, I don't have much memory or impression about this temple except that this temple has a strong Mongolian culture elements, which is the unique characteristics of this temple. And, for what it worth, I like that there's less crowd in this temple and the meaning of this temple, universal happiness. The name Pule in Chinese, literally means Universal Happiness, the emporer named it after Fan Zhongyan's (范仲淹) "The Story of Yueyang Tower" (《岳陽樓記》), "worry and worry before the world, and happiness after the world"(「先天下之憂而憂,後天下之樂而樂」).
  • Hello, I'm a french tourist. This temple is good if you do not spent more than 10 USD to enter inside, if you pay more it is a scam and if you are near. But this place inspired and used to make chineses movies. Guides will force you to paid 65usd for the optional visit that is a big scam, so you are warned now...
  • When the emperors set up their summer residence here, they also had a number of temples built. This is a particularly beautiful facility. A visit is definitely worth it and you should take your time.
  • Looking inside, the structure of the building itself is good and unique.
