This is quite a nice mall with office block and is connected to the MTR. The usual brands can be found here and there are many eateries and cafes. Good place to hang around for a couple of hours...

This store has the most horrifying customer service. I walked in ready to buy a Mac and asked for the detail of my corporate discount. The sales person refused to even check, mocked me saying “I’m sure you don’t have it” and forced me out of the store. (And I do have the discount, confirmed by my colleague successfully placed the purchase the same day different store.)

Booked a repair appointment only for a salesperson to show up and tell me ipads are unrepairable because there are no screws, and suggesting I go downstairs to buy a new device. Thanks for lying to my face, and shame on me for thinking there was a point in going there in the first place instead of someone with actual expertise.

Finally got to have the Apple experience! Never been to an Apple store that big before and always wanted to go. This masterpiece of a store is 3 floors, great and friendly staff, lots of stuff to see and do. I’ve been there for the first time a week ago and loved it. I’ve got to see and participate in a “Today at Apple” session and loved it. Highly recommended for all Apple enthusiasts!

3 floors of Apple... wow! iPhone 14 Pro was £160 cheaper in Hong Kong than it is back in the UK! Definitely worth going there if you need something whilst you are on holiday.
