Adore Comores, Moroni

I went with a friend to the Comoros in Sept 2021. We booked a few nights at Laka Lodge on Mohéli. Via the owner (Hans) of Laka Lodge we booked a 2 day (1 night) to Mt Karthala. This was then carried out by AdoreComoros. We received a very well written down Itinery and instructions of the trip and what to bring yourself etc. The price is also competitive compared to what other guides charge (for example the ones at Golden Tulip). The owner of AdoreComoros is a very experienced guy from the USA that has been living on the Comoros for more than four years. So he is very knowledgable and helpfull! We really liked the trip we did with them to Mt Karthala. We had two local guides that carried the food and the tents all the way up to the top. They showed us around, make a camfire and BBQ en we spend the night in a tent. I really recommend this organisation as they also can help you out with other stuff like booking flights to other Island or boat and PCR tests :)

Adore Comores is a great place to plan your travels in the Comoros. Especially for non-french-speakers this is one of the very limited addresses to get good information about the manifold opportunities on the islands. The tours are also very well organized and Jon will gladly help you everything you need!

I would say if you use any company in Comoros, you have to look no further than Adore Comoros. From email one a month before my trip, they were very transparent with everything on the schedule and even modified it for me based on what I could and couldnt do. Being this is a developing country, things do not always go as planned and they had a backup plan for just about anything including flights getting cancelled etc. I was extremely happy with how this company really helped the customer by keeping in contact with me through my trip to give me updated plans. i will for sure come back here and will contact them as the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure things run smooth and show you the best this little island has to offer, and trust me there is a lot

Adore Comores is one of the few tour operators in the Comoros, and surely one of the best. I visited the archipelago for six weeks and went to all three islands. During my trip, I got to enjoy the beautiful, yet fragile, nature of the country and the wonderful wildlife that inhabit it. One of the absolute highlights of my travel was to hike Mount Karthala with the help of Adore Comores. They are very attentive to their customers, always ready to recommend places to eat and sleep, if need be. Also, if you have any particular interests, they will be able to structure a possible trip around this. 
In my case, I had some very specific requests in terms of my focus on the wildlife during the volcano trek, and John and the others at Adore Comores really paid attention and went out of their way to help arrange the trips. I went together with Mohammed, one of the agency's many English-speaking guides, and we got to spend a lot of time together throughout the total of four days I ended up using exploring the slopes and summit of the volcano. Mohammed was a very nice and patient guy and helped me get some of the photos and videos I had come all the way to the Comoros to get. Besides that, he showed me around the caldera of the volcano, which surely is one of the most scenic and breathtaking landscapes I have ever been fortunate enough to lay my eyes upon. All in all, I would highly recommend Adore Comores to travelers, especially English speakers, visiting the islands. The country’s tourist industry is still quite undeveloped as of writing, but Adore Comores is really leading the way; focused on making it easier for English-speaking travelers to explore the islands, Adore Comores can help you with both the inspirational as well as the logistical part of your travel, and with their hands-on understanding of the country and reliable communication they really are a great resource and agency.
