Amazing zip lining experience. The views are incredible with a great group of instructors. We felt extremely safe and the team there made sure we had a great time. Highly recommend the zip lining here! - one thing to note, if you do the nature walk, the trail is dirt and can become pretty slick if it rains. It’s a beautiful walk but make sure you have shoes or hiking boots with good traction.

My husband completed the zip lining course, while I sadly had to wait at the restaurant because I am pregnant and was unable to join him. The restaurant had beautiful views and friendly staff. It was definitely not a bad place to be for a couple of hours! My husband said the zip line experience was AMAZING! He could hardly form words about the beauty and the rush. He loved every second. Aside from what this place has to offer adventure wise, I wanted to HIGHLY praise the staff for their willingness and selflessness to help us right at closing in a down pouring thunderstorm when we got to our rental car in the parking lot only to find out it was completely broken down. We had no phone service and do not speak adequate Spanish. The staff were more than willing to help, allowing us to use their phones, translating for us, spending hours trying to jump off our car, and waiting with us for as long as they could until they knew help was on the way. To be in a foreign country, in the middle of the rain forest at night, with minimal phone service and no working vehicle was very unsettling, but the staff helping us took all of our troubles away. We are so grateful and humbled by their kindness. PLEASE choose this company to meet all of your zip lining and adventure needs! You will not regret it!

I only gave four stars as the times given were not clear. We bought the bridges and zip line package with a time of 9am. They had us do the hike which was well maintained and we saw no one else on the trail the whole time which was so nice. But we finished by 11 and they would not let us zip line until 1pm. It felt like they did it on purpose so you have to sit and eat lunch there. While it was a beautiful view we were not hungry. We actually left and went for coffee and came back to do the zip line at 1pm. If I were simply reviewing the zip line experience I would have given 5 stars. The two individuals we had were Antonio and Beto and we could not have asked for better guides. They were friendly and funny and made us feel so comfortable with the experience. There are 7 zip lines total which honesty is a lot but each one did feel a little different and you couldn’t ask for a better view. The company does try to sell you pictures and go pro footage if you want it but you don’t have to buy it, we did not. I highly suggest this place but understand if you do the hike and the zip line you will be there for the majority of the day.

Oh my goodness this place is amazing! The hike with hanging bridges is breathtaking. The path is well maintained with a washroom pit stop along the path. The beautiful views are so worth it. It takes 2.5 hours so bring a lot of water and wear sunscreen!! The zip lines are so much fun! Definitely get the go pro option. My 4 kids loved it! Best views ever! The restaurant also has amazing views of Arenal volcano and the gorgeous lake. I wish we had more days in the area because I would love to try the paddle board adventure.

I was already very excited for this tour but I must admit that it’s beyond all expectations! The setting and scenery are amazing! The activities are a lot of fun. The tour is very well-thought and well organized. Our guides Jose, Pepe, Aron and Jeremi were so knowledgeable, so organized and so friendly. They make you feel very safe doing quasi-dangerous activities, and they make the whole ride so much more enjoyable. Can’t recommend it enough!
