We walked to this beach over the hill from Hvar which was shorter and more hardwork than the costal road, but offered nice views of the bay on the way. The beach and sea was clean, with clear blue water so I highly recommend this beach. Just keep a lookout for sea urchins!!

Superb calm beach that’s perfect for swimming and located less than 20min from the center of Hvar along the lungomare promenade (please ignore Google Maps directing you to climb first up a steep a hill then down an even steeper gravel path) — the seaside road is absolutely flat all the way

Amazing beach! The water is perfect but there are several rocks, so I recommend using water shoes or sandals. You can rent a lounger and an umbrella at the place. It gets really busy because it's very close from the city center. I got a cab and it took me 10 minutes from the bus station, but I recommend going by walking (lots of ups and downs), or water taxi. Overall a very good place to spend the day!
