  • Charming church where the local population present at the Thursday morning communion service did everything possible to make one feel welcome in their community. It was like having instant friends...

  • One of two Anglican churches in North Cyprus, St Andrew’s was built in 1913 thanks to the generosity of a lay reader Ernest Eldred McDonald and a wealthy Scottish mine owner George Houstoun, and is approaching 110 years of service to the Kyrenia community. The site of the Church was well chosen. A few yards from Kyrenia Castle and the Harbour, it's near to the centre of the town and much of the congregation is holiday visitors. Well seen from the outside, the church tower itself was constructed 25 years after the main build. Items of interest within the church include the bowl of the font, which is a domestic marble mortar found in 1949 at Lambousa and dated to the 6th century A.D. It's part of the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf (one of the four dioceses that make up the Episcopal Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East), which includes Cyprus, the Gulf States, Iraq and Yemen, and also a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion.
  • İ never find open it. But When i go back Side the Church i met faith again and again! All day prays with brothers and sisters! Thank you. 🙏
  • St. Adrew’s church. Located next to the kyrenia castle
  • It is a lovely place to have a meeting, of course it comes at a price but it will be worth every dime. There also a kitchen and 2 toilets available on site.
  • Lovely service and nice worshipers. Had an amazing experience there.
