St George Beach, Paphos

Date of Visit: January 22, 2023 (Sunday) Water is cold at first but I think it's manageable after you swim for a while. I've seen a few people swimming. You can sunbathe comfortably as the temperature is around 18°C in the afternoon and there's enough space since it's off-season. The reason for 4 stars is that there's no available toilet and the presence of excavators and sea barge which kind of ruins the view. Of course, it's understandable why.

Beautiful, but not to clean. Many buildings around.

Love it here. Been 6 times. Small cove which is very safe to swim in as there is a huge wall surrounded it, making it secure to swim in. Access is easy too, and you can use the nearby Hotel Toilets

Small but uncrowded beach next to a small marina and excellent ground to take a dune buggy, nothing by the beach but a shop or two close by.

An interesting place. The museum is small, but clean, modern and well organised. Some info and signs in English. The monument is interesting and in a nice location. That said, I can't see what the artist/sculptor had in his/her mind. It's supposed to be a boat on top of a window on the wider world. I think it looks like a load of garden canes on top is a shrunken version of La Defence (Paris).
