  • If you are a tourist, there are so many other beautiful things to see in Copenhagen. However, if you have kids and are looking for something easy to do on your last day near the airport, this is a nice activity. Good sized place with enough to keep your little one entertained for a few hours. A few hands on activities. Nice outdoor play area/relaxing area as well. Food options a little lacking so it is recommended to time your visit in between meals. Bought tickets online, scanned them from phone on entry, easy process.
  • We go there usually quite often, started since our baby was just 3 months old. He loved all the fishes esp in the bigger aquarium 😍 It’s for everybody! The outside atmosphere is amazing in summers. At this time, there are no seagulls and we got a bit sad. The best way is to buy a yearly pass if you’re gonna visit at least twice in a year…
  • This is a beautiful aquarium set right on the water. It is about a 10 min walk from the metro. We always try to go to aquariums when traveling and this is one of the better ones. It's laid out beautifully, and written in both English and Danish. They have a lot of interactive stations to actually pet sea creatures which is cool for the more adventurous kids or adults. They have a jungle section to walk through and it was done really well. It's overgrown and lush. We had fun trying to spot all of the insects, frogs, butterflies, and birds. It's very immersive . They have a place to order food and can be pricey for a family, but you have the opportunity to eat outside right on the water.
  • We had a blast looking at the fishes and loved the bird section with the butterflies and the frogs. That was a real surprise! But we were a bit let down by the underwater tunnel that was supposed to be the main attraction. We expected it to be deeper, but we could almost 'touch' the surface of the water above it, because it's pretty shallow. The otters were also a nice attraction and the information given at all the locations is very informative 🤭
  • Beautiful aquarium, the caretakers are super nice and know a lot about their animals. Seeing the behind the scenes was one of the coolest things ever! We went in the evening and it was super quiet.
