  • The drive is a challenge for sure, however well worth a visit if in the area or as part of a trip around the area, abandoned however the pools are still working and hot, hot, hot

  • Place where you can relax in a warming pool after such a long off-road trip, one of its kind in the country, famous but road is equally challenging. We did this in a group recently travel from north part of Cailaco Raiheuk driving through the farms/jungle and stop the car at the edge of the river, walk for 2km through warm rivers. It was such a nice trekking, with beautiful surrounding, Uma Lulik, local women waving Tais. The water was so natural, warm on river, and the the pool and a bit hot up there in the taps, locals are very friendly. Ensure you bring enough foods with you when doing off-roading to this area. If this Hot Spring can be developed maturely, it can bring more tourist and generates incomes.
  • An interesting place. It was a 50 minute drive from Bobonaro with a 4WD. Roads are rough but passable by 4WD and motorbike/scooter. The hot springs buildings and infrastructure has been sort of abandoned. The pool was nice. Very hot. Smells of sulphur which is to be expected. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
  • It's a long hard ride on a scooter from Balibo but if you have the time the scenery was spectacular on the way. But the road is very bad most of the way. Hot springs was fine. I was alone there.
  • Best Hot Spring Water, in Timor Leste and Good Destination, love this place " Be'e Manas Marobo"
  • The road is almost all washed away and no maintenance to roads or facilities. Not worth the trek anymore.
