We booked a trip to Giza pyramids with Deluxe Tours and it turned to be the best choice we have made. Not only our tour guide was friendly but he was very flexible and accommodated all our desires to explore every part in the area. He talked about the history as well as the culture. Our driver Mahmoud was so polite and drove safely in the streets of Cairo. Thank you Deluxe Tours for making our trip soooo memorable, I highly recommend them.

When we booked our package everything was really good, contact through WhatsApp, emails, advice and guidance! However, we felt that the tour company did not reach the expectations that it promised. We booked a 4 day trip to Egypt visiting both Cairo and Luxor! Our guides were ok, not very informative and when we visited attractions such as Pyramids we found that they were always open to the possibility of getting more money from us but adding on extra activities e.g Cairo Museum, which we were quoted $100 for both of us and which we refused and we then completed the museum on our last day for $12. Our schedule was not allowed to be adjusted as our Luxor hot air ballon got cancelled we had to ask for a refund from this company without them showing any sign of doing it in which they tried to give us almost less money for what the hot air ballon was worth. On our last day we informed the tour company that we would be away for the day and could the driver collect our bags at hotel and collect us at airport (we would of had to go 30 minutes back on ourselves to hotel so made sense for bags to come to us and go to airport) however the response was “we will complete this fare as a good service gesture” almost as if they were looking us to pay additional to the payment we already made for the package. If you can not adapt a simple change of transport pick up then I don’t know what else more a travel company will do. To conclude money grabbing company. Paid for a 4 days package and altogether got a drive for 2 days!! Not worth it

Great experience in Egypt. Our tours with Deluxe Travel were amazing our guide Hassan was very professional and made our trips fascinating. He has a huge wealth of knowledge on Egyptian history and his narration made us live back in time. Drivers were all prompt on time. Deluxe Travel was very flexible to accommodate any changes in the itinerary we wanted. I will give them 10 stars if I can. Highly recommend
